Myanmar Border Guard Police of ZeeBinChaung camp under sector -4 ransacked the houses of Rohingya and looted house hold valuables and cash enclosing the Kyaung Pauk village tract of Northern Maungdaw on 8 August 2017.
The BGP entered the village and ransacked the house of Siraj, son of Omar Hakim looting the valuables and killed two domestic goats of the house, according to our correspondent report.
On the other hand, the BGP forces also detained three innocent old men from the village. They were; Zafar son of Kadir Baksu, Nur Alam son of Furuk Ahamed and Fazar Hakim of kyaung Pauk village.
The three detainees were inhumanely battered by Border Guard Police personnel of ZeeBinChaung camp in the custody. Later they were set free after taking Kyat 500, 000 from Nur Alam and 100, 000 from the rest two each.
But the victims are now unable even to stand up from bed following the cruel torture of BGP forces, said family source of the victim.
Such harassments and atrocities of BGP and army are prevailing day by day making the Rohingya people socially, educationally and economically cripple in the area.
Now the Rohingya Muslims see no alternative way to survive in their villages owing to frequent raid, atrocities and various persecutions of Myanmar security forces, said a Rohingya to Arakan Times.
