A Rohingya old man killed by on duty arm force backed Rakhine extremists

An old Rohingya man was brutally killed by Rakhine extremists in cooperation of Myanmar on duty security forces at the Sittwe University premises on 5 August 2017 at around 9.30 am.

The corpse was identified as Mohammad Abul, son of U Ali Ahmad of Kone Dagar (Konka Fara)  Sittwe.

He is father of seven daughters and one son who support his family by working as daily laborer.

The report says, while he was crossing the road in front of Sittwe University which is situated at the Rohingya area, he was mistakenly collided with a Rakhine man for which both of them received injury.

The Rakhine man was quickly rushed to Sittwe General Hospital for treatment. But, the Rohingya man who also got injury was dragged inside the University by Rakhine mob instead of taking him to Hospital for treatment.

There, the arm force backed Rakhine extremists cruelly tortured him to death. After that the dead body was taken to Sittwe General Hospital morgue for postmortem.

A Rohingya rights activist said, “We are fully aware of the leader, Aung San Suu Kyi of so-called democratic country that her backed Rakhine extremist are trying to eradicate all Rohingya Muslims from Myanmar systematically but every gentle man from every corner of this entire world has already got an alert on her and the Buddhist community’s mission of ethnic cleanings on Rohingya minority”.
