Three Rohingya innocent men were severely assaulted by BGP forces in Garapyin village tract of Northern Maungdaw on 19 April 2017.
The BGP forces have started searching some people alleging that they are accused of some cases in the ThetKanNgya village since 12 April 2017.
Finally, alleging that the accused have been hiding in GaraPyin from ThetKanNgya village, a group of Border Guard Police forces entered GaraPyin village in the name of searching those accused on 19 April 2017.
While entering the village, the BGP saw three men coming out of mosque after performing prayer who were caught and assaulted violently to critical injury by BGP.
They are known as Mv Ayas (26) son of Mv Shaker, Abdur Rahman (25) son Wares and Nur Mohamed (24) son of Nur Alam of GaraPyin village of Maungdaw North.
Since 12 April 2017, the BGP and army have launched raid in the name of searching accused in ThetKanNgya village of Northern Maungdaw arresting and harassing innocent people in different forms, said Karim Ullah.
